Default Quick Q Roasted Edamame and Cashews

Would they both be considered nuts? I know cashews are. I've been mixing my edamame good protein and fiber with my S&P cashews (YUMMM) I'd gladly reduce the cashews to 15 if could still mix in the edamame

edamame are beans. I'd just keep an eye on the serving size because they are calorie dense.

I was just checking b/c my edamame is dry roasted and I saw soy nuts listed as nuts.
1/4 cup of the edamame has 130 calories 8 g of fiber and 14 grams of protein

ahh, do you know I've never noticed that? Then again I'm not a big fan of soy nuts. I usually count my edamame as beans but limit to one serving because of the calories. Obviously I don't know the official answer
