Been lurking on these forums for about a week. What a great resource. Anyway, I got through Phase I with no problems, but I'm worried about Phase II. Any advice on what meal is best for adding carbs? I'm thinking I'll try to find whole wheat pita pockets or wraps, since they are pre-portioned. Anyone have any good suggestions for brands for these products?
My main concern on Phase 2 is that I'll lose motivation as the weight loss slows down. Any advice on how to deal with this?
