Default Finally.....a breakthrough

Getting below 200 was no small feat for me and it seems I have hung in the 190's forever. I bounced around all over those 10 lbs and even got back up to 205. I thought, I have done so well I cannot go back to where I used to be so I got very serious and I'm happy to say I finally blew the doors off that 190 level and I now weigh 187. I didn't think I could be happier than when I saw that 2 change to a one on the left but this felt so good I just had to write about it. All my 14's are getting too big and my daughter was going through her things the other day because she had gained up to 130+ at only
4' 10" She learned she didn't like this and she worked on her own weight so between the two of us we've managed to drop 88 lbs. She wanted to see if I could do it and she gave me a pair of her jeans and told me not to look at the size. I put them on and they fit fine in the legs but the area around my gut (my problem area) was tight. They were a size 10!!!!!!! I wouldn't wear them out anywhere but that sure does feel good.
