So here I go I expect to lose a lb a week so it will be 2 months of work.

Thanks for all the support! I have kind of hit a wall since arriving in the 200's...which is ******ed because I'm SO close to Onederland...I don't know why I feel myself giving up all the sudden. I'm trying to push through though! I'm also doing C25K and I surprised myself by doing pretty good on starting week 2. Week 3 is going to be the hard part though...3 minutes of running? I don't know!!!

Also tryn2bfit, I just looked at your blog, so cute!! I might just have to follow you! But I was wondering, what is that polar watch you are wearing? That thing is COOL. I would love to have a more accurate way to tell how many calories I am burning!

I am in the 200's, fighting my way downwards. I sympathize with you about the "wall", it's hit me too. It's been nothing but struggle ever since I hit 213, and my loss has dropped to 2 lbs a month, if I'm lucky. Le sigh. But I shan't give up, no!

I'm another one working to get below 200. I'm 206 as of this morning. In just four pounds, I'll have lost 100 pounds total, so that's the first goal I'm really focused on right now.

Tryn2befit Yay for breaking through !

I didn't think I would ever see the shores of onederland but now I really believe that it can happen-then losing more will happen-one pound at a time .

What type of plan are you all on? I am following(very loosely)the Sonoma diet.
It emphasizes whole grains(like spelt and steel cut oats-high fiber) and smaller portions by using a 9 inch plate rule.It is a Mediterranean diet and allows a glass of wine. I don't take advantage of that unless I go out to dinner. As long as my scale moves I'm happy to take my time. By the time I lose another 50lbs my caloric needs will probably be right where I am now at
1300 to 1400 calories so I guess I'm on the wagon for good.

Slightly more then a month. Started at 209 and now almost at 202. I usually only claim a lb on my Sunday weight in but it looked like 202 this morning.

When I finally get to 199 I'm claiming it the first day.!!!

Walking this month-average of 2 miles a day. Some days my legs hurt before I even hit the street-doesn't seem to get any easier with practice.

Ate Chinese for lunch 3 days last week. even making good choices ie seafood that is a bad habit.

Where are all the folks nearly there..Are you better on track then I have been?

I got a little more serious today about tracking all my food. I went to see the nutritionist yesterday (we have one at work!) and I have a new outlook. I am going to meet with her every couple weeks to "check in" and get weighed. I am really excited about having another support. I have been in the "single digits" for quite a while now... The day I see 199.8 or less on my scale - EVERYONE is going to know about it. Lol!

Seriously! I feel the same way. Been in the 00's since I posted this! Frustrating, but I gotta keep going.
