Default The benefits of tracking

Really had to swallow hard on the scale today ~ a bounceback from 183.1 to 184.2! Wow, talk about no fair!

However, I looked back and it's still
half a pound lost over the week,
2.2lbs lost over 2 weeks
5.1lbs lost over 3 weeks
5.6lbs lost over 4 weeks ~ see, that was another pauselet
9.3lbs lost over 5 weeks

1.86lbs a week. Not speedy but if I could keep it up, I'd be another 33lbs off by my Israel trip in January. 149lbs. Not skinny but not bad.

My interim interim goal was to be 181 by September 19th. 3lbs to go. Just, I could just, just, just do it. Onwards.

I would love to have your 1.86 pound per week average!

Congratulations, and I hope you meet your goal for your trip!

I agree - tracking is the best! It's always interesting to see the same trends through the months.

And 1.86 a week is pretty good!

I, too, like the perspective that tracking gives me. You're doing great -- slow and steady wins the race!

Slowly but surely you'll (and so will I) get there.
