I did a 1 mile classic walk. No as much as I had been doing but this is better than nothing. Feeling achy and tired. Probably all of this stress. Maybe things will get back to normal when it's all over.

Did yoga/pilates and strength training last night.

Tonight I completed the 3 mile Advanced Walk. I decided to order the Bootcamp DVD. I am looking for a new challenge and need to add to my collection.

I am so addicted to Leslie's DVDs. Who would have ever thought....

2 miles Slim Down with cool down & resistance bands.

Finding the right amount of exercise for my body. All kinds of exercise but no gym. Been there done that for many years. Schedule and desire for the gym does not fit my current responsibilities. I am glad to have found WATP.

Ladies, I feel exactly the same. So thankful I found this program. It works for me!!

Did not get started back this week, but plan to Monday (Labor Day??) or Tuesday. I have been staying up late working on getting my new home in order. I did maintain my loss this week, so I am pleased with that.

Have a good weekend everyone! I may not check in until Monday or Tuesday.

Annie, enjoy your new house. How are the wood floors for exercising? Heading to the river for Labor Day. Walking around the block too. This is the variety part of my exercise.

Annie, good luck with your new home and settling in. That is a lot of work.

No LS tonight. I had to get some shopping done since we are going out of town tomorrow to pick up our 3-year old grandson (he is staying a week with us). So, I took a 3-mile walk during my lunch hour. It was over 100 out today and a "Spare the Air Day." That means the air quality was terrible. It was a long walk and I came back to me office with red eyes and and a sore throat. Oh well, I got the walk in. Tomorrow morning I plan on doing the 5 mile boosted walk, get some yard work done and then we are outta here to go pick up my sweet Benicio ( 3 hour drive to Santa Cruz, CA) We plan on spending the night with our DD and then we will be bringing Benicio home with us on Sunday. I cannot wait. .

I plan on working out when I can next week. I will probably have to work out when my grandson is taking a nap, but I will get that work out in somehow.

I will check in on Sunday.

Ciao...

Fell off the wagon this week the mumma got really sick so I spent the whole week looking after her with no sleep, bad food and feeling exhausted the entire time. Things have started getting better so I did the 5 mile fat burning walk.

boy, I never thought I'd get my butt kicked by walking !! :P

Saturday, 4-mile boosted walk, crunches and weights

Sunday (did not work out) went to pick up 3-year old grandson. He is spending the week with us. He will be going home on September 12th. Plan on a lot of outdoor activities with him.

Today, 3-mile advanced walk with resistence bands. Walked grandson to park and played in water. Taking him to pool when he wakes up from nap.

Finally back to exercising this morning after taking almost 2 weeks off with the moving, etc. Felt so good to sweat and realize I can take up right where I left off without (too much ) pain and suffering!! Glad to be back at it!
