I know this is not related to losing fat, but I was just wondering if the Colon Cleanse really worked. There are other products besides Colon Cleanse that work, but I was just wondering if Colon Cleanse really worked.

How do you define "work"? Your colon cleanses itself. If you are constipated, then talking to your doctor and looking at the foods you eat should be your first priority. Are you eating enough fruits and vegetables? Are you drinking enough water? Are you getting enough physical activity?

I've seen a variety of 'colon cleanse' products and basically they are just laxatives. Some of them are scams but really there are no additional health benefits to them.
