Default I'm No Longer Extremely Obese!
As of today, FitDay says I'm no longer "extremely obese" and now lists me as simply obese.

My BMI is now 39.88 down from 40.13.

So, granted it only took a 4.4lb loss to do it, but it still feels good to not longer see "extremely obese" when I use my food log!

wonderful feeling, it took me a year to get there but i'm sure the relief is just as great for all of us who have ever a BMI over 40. way to go!
