You will see, in some ways this actually get EASIER. That's right - easier. These good eating habits will become ingrained in you. They will be much more automatic. Just part of what you do. Another day at the office. You'll learn which foods work for you - and which ones don't. You'll be more accustomed to meal planning, preparing, taking foods with you. You'll learn better how to tell yourself no. Your tastes will change. Your desire for certain foods will die down. You will look forward to healthy foods. You'll discover healthy, delicious recipes. You'll find coping skills and techniques to get you through all situations - stress, boredom, holidays, anger, happiness, social functions, etc. The rewards will become more apparent and greater and greater as the sacrifices won't seem that much anymore.
