I do dried fruit...

or I'll blend non-fat greek yogurt, honey (just a little bit) and frozen fruit to make a quasi-ice cream I can keep in my freezer.

I'm not sure if it's a bad or good thing but I eat hard candy when I get the sweets craving. Life saver and jolly ranchers usually do the trick. In my house I just have to have will power having toddler and hubby who are not dieting and eat sweets.

I can eat sweets, provided I don't keep them in the house. (I try to limit them to infrequent ad small amounts.)

My big trigger food is peanut butter - one spoonful leads to most of the jar for me, so moderation with it doesn't work for me. We do have it in the house (my daughter has IBS & it's a food she can eat most of the time..I don't touch it. (I tell myself, it's hers & off limits for me since I can't seem to control the amount.)

I am also a fan of skinny cow drumsticks and ice cream sandwiches. I will usually have 1 or 2 per week depending on how much I exercised that day. Today I walked 6 miles in 90 degrees and decided that I DEFINITELY deserved it!

I am proud to say that I have not had any sugar sweets since Monday. I have been working hard at it. Instead of having sweets I either had a yogurt or banana with peanut butter. It seemed to have doen the trick on curbing my sweet tooth. I have also been walking 3-4 miles a day instead of just 1. I am down 2 pound since Monday morning! I am siked and proud of myself. So far, things are looking up....

Thank you for all of your help!!!!!
