Stormcrazie! Good luck with your initial consultation. Some of us have found that we actually save money -- we're no longer spending it on the oh-so-convenient junk food and the I'm-so-tired-I'll-just-get-takeout trips.

As LCW said, you might find out that you aren't spending as much when you carefully plan out what you are going to eat and shop at the grocery store accordingly. There aren't those budget busting take-out, drive-through, delivery temptations.

Welcome! I agree with the others...in that you may find that you save money...I haved saved at the grocery store...I am purchasing more veggies and lean meats for me and family and less "prepared" foods including soda pop and snack foods that none of need to have...everyone benefiting!
