180's Get them gone!
I've been on a major slump these past few weeks.
Today is the day to shake out of it and get back on track.
I'm so close to the 170's... all you 180's join me in losing the last few!
Confession : I've been living on Taco Bell, Albertson's fried chicken and hummus. Last week I was so weak I had to leave my session with my PT half way through, and I'm thinking I should skip this week and get my nutrition under control.

Im jumping around the high end of the 180's for the last couple of weeks . . . or 3 I cant even remember now, such a crazy month.
I'm spending the day planning, planning and more planning so I can get out of the 180's.
Im not even sure if I'm still in the 180's . . my scale broke Maybe i'll pick that up today.
Good luck to you guys!

i hear you! i've been holding steady and with buying a house and moving i really haven't been making a focused attempt at losing. i have however, maintained - without really trying, just being the new healthier and more portioned controlled me. hurrah. now that things are settled a bit i want to get back into losing mode. must kick 180 - seriously, been way too long.

Hi everyone! Hope all you ladies are having a good week. I'm slowly making my way through the 180's. It's been so hot & humid here it's hard to get out and do any type of activity. After my run tonight the temperatur Gage I. My car said it as still 92, and that was at 830. Sorry to ramble, but this heat is crazy!! Here's hoping we all get a little closer to the other end this week!

Welcome!
Welcome everyone! I've been out of it while my mother visited for two weeks. No gym and no running, but mass house renovations. Ripping out carpet, beating down blackberries and boxes boxes and more boxes.
This week I'm restarting couch to 5K and getting back with my trainer!
Time to get serious again!

Good news Nicole Joy!
I'm looking into clean eating... I've seen it mentioned here and there on the forums by some of the gals with big losses.
