Default Blue Team Chat Thread Week 12 (8/16 - 8/22)

Hi everyone,
I just got back from BC and had to take a freebie as I was without internet for 2 days and got back to late for WI. We lost 3 more people this week so please make sure you are weighing in on time. I have no idea what I weigh now that I went away again. I did well for the first few days and really good with exercise but the last 3 days have been very bad so I am kind of scared for the morning WI.

I have done our totals and we didn't do very well this week but that's okay it's all a part of the challange process. Our BL is now not our BL as she didn't post for the week so here it goes.

Congratulations to our Biggest losers:

BL:
gardenerjoy: -2lbs -1.05%

RU:
NancyO: -1.6lbs -.83%
Soon2BFitChick: -1.4lbs -.73%
ricepapr: -3lbs -1.46%

almost everyone who lost this week actually made the list.

Well I am off to shower and then bed, have a great night everyone.

Ok, I've seriously kick-started this week by doing a 75 minute heavy workout at the gym. I am going to go for a swim this evening, back to the gym tomorrow, and have booked a body combat class for Wednesday afternoon. I have been slacking at doing no exercise citing that I was concentrating on healthy eating, but it's a load of rubbish and I need to get active and help myself!

I have planned out my meals for the entire week and have bought ONLY those things for my fridge and cupboards.

I have a lot of work to do this week, so no socialising plans in the diary.

I'm hoping these things combined are going to mean the best week on plan so far!

What's YOUR plan for this week?

Come on Blues!

Plan for this week is NO gluten!!! Right now I want to focus on how I am feeling rather than weight loss. I know that when I pay attention to my body and skip the gluten since it makes me feel like crap, the weight loss will follow.

Cool! I actually made the list this week!

My plan for the week is to eat really well (last week my calorie counts were higher than I would have liked) and to workout for 1 hour everyday. I'm going to Edmonton on the weekend, so I plan on using the hotel workout room in the AMs. I REALLY want to hit 187 this week. Which isn't that much, so hopefully it'll happen. Now I'm off to the grocery store to get lots of fruits and veggies!

Okay, blue team, time to step it up -- my puny effort was not worth the BL title. Not that I'm not thrilled to have it, but I know you all can provide a better challenge than that!

My plan this week is stick to my food plan like rubber cement (it's been more like post-it note glue, lately). And get an hour of some form of exercise in each day.

Haha, same here.

Yesterday went really well. I'm feeling motivated about today! I think it's going to be hard getting strictly back on plan, but I'm taking it one meal/day at a time

Congrats blue team for pulling us through this week. I wasn't able to get reunited with my scale until late Sunday. I weighed this morning and was up a pound from before vacation - but I am working towards posting a loss this week... would love to break out of the 270's, so that is what I am going to shoot for this week.

Now I have to get myself up to speed to where I was at work before I took off. Have a great week e/o.

Hi everyone, Happy Tuesday!!!
I'm leaving for work in a couple minutes and just wanted to check in and catch up. I put on 3.2lbs last week so I guess it's good I missed WI time and took a freebie. My plan is to lose that again this week and have a fresh start for next week.

Wow really impressive exercise numbers you are all obtaining to do. I will stick with my 30-40min routines as they seem to work for me. Today I didn't exercise at all (knee sore from yesterdays run) did the C25K W5D1. I will make sure to do lots of walking at work to get to my 10,000 steps

dayoneagain - wow that is a very active exercise week. I hope it all goes good for you. The body combat class sounds very interesting. Good luck with the food plan as well.

babygrant - glad you found out gluten is a trigger for you, I am a carb-o-holic and not sure I could give it up. I don't have any issues from it though.....well minus the addiction Keep up the great work

Nancy - WTG on the loss this week I know you will make your goal of 187 for this WI

Mercy03 - HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!!!!!! I'm glad you had a good one. WTG on the exercise goals. Heres to 2-3lbs this week

gardenerjoy - You had a great loss this week and totally deserved making BL. I would love to lose 1-2lbs a week that would be awesome. I hope you make your goals for the week.

Khrungy - I hope you make it out of the 270's this week. Good luck with catching up at work.

Well better get going have to leave the house in 10min and I still need to pack a lunch/supper.

Have a great OP day everyone.

Oh my, interesting is not the word! This workout today was so intense I almost puked! The instructor was really motivating which made me work even harder, but at the end I think I could have passed out...AND I had to walk home in the rain(!), which took forever because my poor legs didn't want to move anymore.

It's basically aerobics but inspired by martial arts, so lots of punches, kicks and jumping around. It was SO fast I thought it was a joke to start with - it was like double the speed of any exercise class I've ever been to before.

Glad I went though. Feel exhausted still, but quite proud of myself. Still OP - this week I should lose a good few pounds, please!!

How's everyone else doing?

Nice exercise for the week Mercy! Let's hope all this hard work is worth it!

Gardenerjoy - hows that cement food plan?

babygrant - avoiding the gluten?

Thanks for keeping us all motivated Bigmid!

Morning everyone,
I had a good day yesterday I spent 6 hours volunteering and then went to donate blood (they wouldn't let me though my iron was to low). Walked lots as we ended up serving lunch at the event as the caterers didn't bring enough people to do the job they were paid to do.

dayoneagain - WOW that does sound intense good for you. Glad you legs ended up taking you home again.....even if it was under protest.lol

Avezy44 - congrats on the loss

Mercy03 - Keep it up....glad you feel better with the exercising.

Well guess I better get ready for work. Have a great OP day everyone.
