Default Back to the 70s

Starting tomorrow I am going back to what works for me..... Atkins 72. Right now I am bloated, retaining water, gained all my lost weight back and I feel horrible physically.
As soon as I hit send I am going to purge my kitchen.

What is the difference between Atkins 70 (I assume that's 1972) and Atkins 2002? or Atkins now? I'm losing very slowly, and I'm thinking maybe I need to be back in the 70's too. Where would I find Atkins 1972 program? I appreciate your help.

I found I tried to start induction twice in December and January and couldn't stick it. So I just lowered my carbs to about 100g/day first, then 60 after a bit, then finally did induction and I was able to stick to it. Its not ideal, and I didn't get the big losses that some do, so its not the best way, but being able to stay on plan is better than not. Get back on the wagon , you can do it.
