Default Feisty & Sexy 50 & 60 year olds #211

I have always wanted to do that and now I have. Yippee!!!!

I have been rather remiss in not coming out of the shadows again and you all are so supportive I just wish that I could work out why this is so! Thank you.

This time I intend to stay in view and lose weight again and not Yo-yo as they say. I seem to have tried all types of "Diets" and am finding that by 3 pm I am ravenous and just let loose and eat continuously until I retire. HELP I am in your hands.

I have sung your praises to all my friends (few that they are) and am hoping to swell your membership.

Love and Hugs to you all.

Ash/Jenye.

Ash you did it! Nothing much is going on here. The major work on our road started finally. What a mess. Traffic is eastbound only but some people can't read signs and go flying up the road. Don't pay any attention to the barrels. They are widening the road and putting new sidewalks in. Thanks for your thoughts on my son and dil. THey are taking a break and going away for a weekend in April. They still have 16 frozen eggs so maybe something will happen. Lily those recipes sound so good-love Mexican.

Am I where I should be? I am such a creature of habit. I am having this problem at work--all we do all day long is change. Hope you are all doing well. We had one warm day and back in the deep freeze. Have to go--my first physical therapy is today. Wish me luck--already took ibuprofen.

Quiet here. Glenda hope you do well at therapy. My son works for a therapy group and sees patients all day. I went to a craft show Sunday. Saw the cutest thing. Purses made out of cigar boxes. They are seen on Sex and the City and other shows. I don't watch that and we are slow in getting the new things. They were cute. I bought a wood one for my sis for her birthday. There are some on ebay. See ya later,

Peggy: Good for son & DIL going away for a weekend. They need it after what they have been through. I love Mexican to. Its my Favorite.
Trader Joes has a Frozen Vegetable Enchilada that is awesome. 4 pts for the whole thing. Very yummy and makes a great lunch! Those purses sound so cute! Will have to check them out on ebay.

Glenda: Good luck physical therapy today! Sorry work is still bad for you.

Sure is quite here. Where did everybody go?

Later!

Is everyone snowed under or in a winter funk? It is waaay too quiet here. I wish it was spring. Awoke this morning to sleet. Everything was icy but it melted at noon. Usually I have crocus and things blooming now. Glenda have you seen any good movies lately? Lily we don't have Trader Joe's here. Have a Wild Oats but it is across town. Pretty boring here...
