i need accountability! i'm starting august 2 (monday!) and I plan on writing daily about myself/what i've accomplished. here's the place to start! i'll be back!
I'm here, and I think that this would really help me. I've started the C25k in an attempt to get me running [3 times a week]. I also do a boot camp five days a week and calorie cycle. So here I'll post what I'm eating [and you can laugh at my roommate and I's culinary adventures] and my exercise.
I'm hoping I can lose 10lbs in August, and that I can get out of the BMI for obesity and in to overweight!

lol. Diana. Not hinting. It is probably the ONLY thing i will gain weight for once I finally lose it! So i woke up today and the scale said 179.8! It only took me 2 months to get caught back up. Let that be a lesson for me not to backslide again. That is 2 months i could have been working getting out of the 170s.
