Hi, What did you lose your first week? If you remember!
I started at 244.2 on 7/30, 2 days ago, I decided to weigh in this morning, I wasn't expecting what I saw.....239.4
I am not on any particular plan per se. I watch my calories and carbs. I drink at least 100 oz of water a day. I started Friday, had a blt w/egg (turkey bacon, whole wheat bread, and egg beaters) for breakfast, caesar salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, croutons, grilled chicken) for lunch, seasoned chopped steak with a salad for dinner. Yesterday, blt wrap (turkey bacon, egg beaters) for breakfast, banana snack, chipotle chicken salad (lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, scallions, cucumbers, croutons, grilled chipotle chicken)for lunch, meatloaf (egg, green pepper, onion, bread crumbs) and roasted cauliflower (parm cheese, olive oil) for dinner.
I am just really shocked! Of course I am happy, just wondering how everyone else lost in their first week.
