Default I did phase 1!

Hi chicks!

I am sharing my happiness with you! I did Phase 1 and I am now on Phase 1.5! I am planning to do this phase for about two weeks!

And as I am learning that the only way forward is by being honest, I would like to say that I did sway off plan and my yogurt was not low fat and the only low fat was actually having a lot of sugar in it. And the curry sauce had some sugar in it as well, but I only had a bit of them. Then on day 14, I had some beef stew for lunch that had potatoes and carrots in there. I have been doing Phase 1.5 for today and I had a pear around before lunch. I loved it and I got high on it haha!

But I am working on no eating before bed and that is going really well. The other thing is learning that nuts are to be eaten a small handful of, instead a whole big pack.

The weight loss result is 4 pounds and I am over the moon!

Great job! Tomorrow is my last day of Week 1 of Phase 1. I feel so so so good! I love that there are other people who are close to the same track as me. I wish you luck in Phase 1.5, 1 week and I'll be there with you :-)

Yeah I have recently found out some of the foods I rely on have added sugar in them (grrrrr). But honestly when you compare it to the sugar you USED to be consuming, its a HUGE drop. You are doing great though! Mess ups happen and you did the exact right thing. Just keep going like it didn't happen and use it as a learning experience! You can do it!

Thank you for the support chicks! I am positive about August and aiming for 3 pounds for the month! Also learning to focus on how much I have lost and how many things I can eat, rather than how much flab I have and what I can't eat.

I even have my signature now YAY!

Good for you and glad Phase 1 is working for you. I tried it in Jan but only lasted 2 days as I was so hungry!! But I am going to try it again next week but is there any other suggestions other than eggs for breakfast. I don' t like bacon so hope you guys can help me here. THanks

Kath, you can have what ever you feel like having for breakfast, be it leftovers from last night's supper, a sandwich, salad, etc., as long as it's South Beach friendly. There is a sticky in our FAQ section of this forum, too, for breakfast alternatives that will give you plenty of ideas.

Also confused about this sugar free popsicles and such as when I read the ingredients it does say sugar but yet the box says sugar free???

Buy the NSA ones. No added sugars but the nutritional info shows sugars due to lactose in the milk.
