Default Omg I Did It I Did It I Did It

So I decided today I would run outside. I haven't dared since I started things back up, strictly treadmill. And I ran all 3.1 miles, the whole way the whole thing no walking no stopping no resting. It took me 41 minutes but I did it!

I've been preparing for a 5k that's towards the end of September, and I honestly wasn't sure if I would be able to do it. But now I don't even have a doubt that I will be able to accomplish my 2nd goal of a half marathon in January.

I feel on top of the world right now!

Fabulous News!

I.don't.run. But I am super jealous of those that do.

Me running=torture!

Its so wonderful when we accomplish things that we don't think that we can do. Just goes to show you that we can do anything that we put our minds to!

Good job lady!

HAHAH Jenn as my dear friend says "I don't run unless something is chasing me!"

And Lock if you RAN 3 miles... I think that makes you a runner, not a wannabe

Thanks all!!!

@Mickeypnd & Ferral - 5 weeks ago I could barely run 1 minute straight, seriously!

@Sarah - You're right about the mugginess, oh man last night when I got home I was drenched with sweat, I'm not used to humidity!

Thanks again all!
