Default YAY Me! Down 8lbs in 5 days!
I was SO excited when I got on the scale this morning...I was down another 3lbs! That's a total of 8lbs since starting Induction on Friday. I wont count Sunday because I cheated - had birthday cake and Chinese food.

That is some MAJOR progress! I dont think I lost this fast the 1st time I did Atkins.
