If you type in the text you want your link to say, then highlight that text and click the little icon of the (earth I think?) with the chain link on it, you can make the link be whatever you want, like this - Your post . I know that was confusing, sorry Maybe someone else will have an easier way to go about it
I know this a silly request...and really I'm the only one who can answer it...but what do you all think...stop now, try to lose 5 more lbs to see how it feels, or maybe even go for 10 more lbs (you can see how I changed from 158-148 in the pics).
I'm hovering between stoping here and 5 more lbs...I think more than that will be too thin and too much pressure to maintain - opinions? I guess to get an acurate response I'd have to post naked pics, but that's not happening You're probably thinking I'm crazing for even asking! I promise I don't have BDD - me naked is a little scary right now...

It seems to me, from other posts I have read of yours, that you have struggled with what you want your true weight goal to be for a while now. I think if you are happy with your weight and your body then that's that but if you feel you need to lose another 5 pounds then go for it. I think you look fab as you are now but as you said, only you can make the decision.
It's nice to hear more of the story and to put a face to an active member. I see you around often, read your posts often, and it's nice to get a background story.

As for goal weight, I would just stop at what I feel best at. Even at 166 now, I'm not sure I need to lose 26 more pounds and may stop at 150. But who knows, I'll have to wait until I get there. I would just do what feels and looks best to me.
You look really good! You should be proud of all your hard work, you are definitely a source of inspiration for me. I'm glad you posted this today, I need some refreshed motivation! Yaaaay you!
In answer to your question about losing more weight:
I'm going to say that I think you look slim and trim at 148 and you certainly don't need to lose more weight unless your goal is to look better NAKED or in a swimsuit.
Only you can decide, but you look just great as is. Like I said, you look like about 130 pounds rather than 148. Just see how it goes for a while?
