Default Good-bye to obesity forever!
I couldn't wait to weigh in this morning . . . 161.6 pounds and officially no longer obese!!

Isn't it hysterically funny how happy I am to just be plain old "overweight"?

My next mini-goal is coming up soon - 158 lbs marks my lowest known weight in adulthood (and, since I've been overweight/obese my whole life, my lowest known weight, period - although I'm pretty sure there was some point in elementary school when I must have been lower!).

Thanks for all the encouragement and support and great advice. I don't post much, but I love reading and getting ideas and feeling the love. Now on to the next goal!

I know you can do it. I am just starting out i have never been obese til my thyroid shut down on me. Now i am classified as morbidly obese but I am hoping to change that as well. I am wishing you all the luck.
