Arrow Set me off.. ok time for a binge

Okay so I have been catching up household business today and had to make a call about health insurance for my child. So yeah I am getting the run around and I get really ahem... mad. Anyhow there is nothing in the house to binge on so I got in the car. Man oh man I was hungry and wanted so bad to do a run for the border but I didn't i just pressed through the feelings, got the errands done I needed to do and came home to my tomato and carrot salad.. Ugh still want to though...

Eating a ton of fattening food is not going to make the insurance company stop giving you the run around. It won't even really make you feel better because, in about 10 minutes, the guilt will set in. Then you'll be frustrated AND guilty. Why add to the problem?

Go for a walk or do household chores violently Something that actually deals with being frustrated, instead of just numbing it down with some chips. Seriously. You'll feel SO much better about your life without the binge

What these other ladies said! You'll feel better if you don't do it, and you'll continue to lose weight.

Tomato and carrot salad? Is it good? Besides tomato and carrots, what do you put in it? (Sorry, I have A LOT of tomatoes that need used up!)

Glad you didn't binge over the insurance company...Good job!

good job!
I would be interested to learn more about that salad, too! Being a student, I'm really on a budget and carrots are the cheapest kind of vegetables here. I start getting tired of them though.

Arrow Tomato and Carrot Salad

Tomato and Carrot salad is really easy

I take a whole, tomato and chop it into bite size pieces then about 10 baby carrots, throw them into a container with vinegar and oil, salt, pepper to taste (I have low low BP) and let it marinate for about 24 hrs. I also make a mean cucumber and onion jar.

UPDATE: i did not binge just cleaned like a mad woman instead

Haha,my house was never cleaner than when I first started my weight loss journey. It's a great diversion and actually accomplishes something of value.
