As the title said I'm new to this website and felt that joining would be able to offer me much needed support as I try to lose weight. It seems like I've been dieting for most of my life and I've become so tired. But it's my goal to lose weight. Not for looks but for my health. Currently I weigh 201 and my goal is to reach 135 but it seems like it's so far away. Now that I'm going to college in the fall I'm afraid that if I don't become healthier now I never will. Sometimes I become so disheartened that I'm not sure what to do.
I'm new here too but already feel SO supported by this forum! I might not post very much but I do read a lot of threads and it really makes me feel more motivated to succeed!!

I started uni (college) this past year and I know EXACTLY what you mean! I felt like I'd been dieting all my life but one day it clicked that I really wasn't very happy with my body, and here I am
