Default Oh my gosh!!! I just realized!!!!!

Well, knock me over with a feather.... I just happened to glance at my own ticker and I realized what it said....

18 lbs to goal.

18???? To goal????? Just a week ago, I was thinking that goal seemed as distant as ever!!!! But 18 lbs, which is, precisely, less than 20 lbs. Less than ten pounds x two. It's less than 5 lbs times 4.

Now, I know, in the back of my mind that I'll probably readjust that ticker eventually, since my current goal is above a healthy BMI, but even so.

18 lbs?????????

You are so close! Even if you change it, you're almost to the goal you dreamed about in the beginning. Congratulations!

I know I'm changing mine when I get there, so I'm kind of holding off on the excitement. It was the lowest I could fathom back in September.

But I guess, either way, it's reason to celebrate! Good for both of us!

Yay! I think that even if you plan to change it, it is still a thing to be celebrated (that goes for you too emily). Your original goal is still a milestone like the first 10%, 50 pounds down, 100 pounds down, onederland, no longer obese, etc. There are lots of milestones to be celebrated here at 3FC and I think that when you hit this one you should celebrate your heart out before you go changing it. Good job!

Your persistence has been paying off and it shows on your body AND the ticker. 18 pounds is amazingly close, I can't wait for you to reach it!
