Default Where do YOU measure?

I like to measure my body to see the changes but I usually have a hard time defining where I "should" measure so I've come up with my own markers, haha.

On my arms, there's a bump where my bicep is... I try and measure right behind that lump.

I measure around my chest right underneath my armpits, then again under my girls across my ribcage.

I measure my waist at the smallest part, and then again across my belly button.

For my hips, I measure my hip bones.

When I measure my thighs I measure right across the fattest part near the top.

My calves are the hardest for me to measure but I try and do it across the fattest part.

What about you?

I don't really measure but I have certain outfits that are a measure of how I'm doing and if I'm fluctuating.

For instance, I have a pretty skirt that is technically meant to sit on my waist but since weightloss has slipped down to sit on my hips. If it starts to work its way back towards my waist, I'm putting some on. I gave up on tape measures a long time ago. I found them rather demotivational.

arms-smallest part below bump
waist-2 inches above belly button
bust-fullest part
thighs-fullest part
hips-hip bones

I love measuring! I haven't lost a single pound, I actually gained since I started working out, and then lost it back to starting weight, but I have lost inches!

My measuring spots are just about the same as yours. For arms, thighs I try to measure the biggest spots. For waist, I measure the smallest part and the bellybutton. I also take notice of the distance between the smallest spot and the belly button, as that tends to go down vertically too over time. (gets closer to the belly button).

My hips/butt I try to measure at the largest part.
