Well, remember that they are seeing you drastically smaller than you used to be, and it is hard for people to accurately judge body weight and frame size on others, both to the high and low side. So for them they don't necessarily understand that dropping more weight will tune up a few problem areas, not make you look like a starvin' Marvin.
Some people do this to discourage us and be mean spirited, when they are jealous of our progress. But most do it out of genuine care and concern for us, not to be mean. They just don't understand what '20 more pounds' looks like on you, just like they may not fully understand what the first 100 pounds would have looked like were it not now gone. Pursue your goals at YOUR leisure, and when they see you happy and healthy they will back off.
