Congrats! It's not weird at all. It means you lost a pound or two of fat and are retaining an extra almost pound or two of water. The water is being held in different places than the fat was.
If you lose two pounds tomorrow morning, it doesn't mean you were running a marathon in your sleep, it just means your body let go of the water.
