Another newbie!
Hi everyone,
I've been reading posts on this website for awhile and finally decided I want to post! I've been up and down with weight my enitre life. My heaviest was around 210 lbs... ( i think) and my lowest was 116 about 2 years ago. Currently I'm 153 ( this morning). And my goal is to lose slowly and really keep it off this time. I'd like to end up around 125.
If anyone has similar goals and wants to be my buddy I'd love to have someone to chat with on the forums.
Oh, I'm just calorie counting for a "plan"... Trying to keep it to 1200-1400/ day. I'm 5'3"
