- my colonoscopy results were normal/ok

- I saw 199 on the scale today - of course it's not 'real' But it was fun to see. Grateful that it could give me hope and want to see it for real.

- Murray put on a fireworks show for the nieghborhood kids and parents last night. We live at the end of a cul de sac - it's a perfect place for the pretty 'fountain' type fireworks display. We all had a great time. Greatful for this fine tradition.

- DS and GS have a fun Friday night fun night tradition (mommy works that night)

- Facebook - I always know what my family is doing even though they live hours away

- friends, family, fsf, internet, cell phone

Cathydoe - I think Cheryl had a weekend trip planned?

- willingness to try - a healthy day yesterday

- my laptop computer

- DH - even though he sometimes drives me crazy - he is one of the finest men I know.

- nature and it's beauty

- found out our airconditioner was put in incorrectly when they built the house. The drip pan was put in crookedly and it's dribbled and rusted out over the last 15 years. I am grateful that it still works -at least we don't need to replace it this moment

- sister got home safely from Belguin

- my family, my friends, 3fc, facebook, internet, cell phone
