I am new to 3fat chicks, but have been eating on the beach since April 19th. DH has lost 25 lbs. and I am down 15 lbs. Loving this new way of eating

Hey hope you find what you're looking for here I came here a few months ago but only really started getting serious recently, but everyones really nice and supportive so i hope you like it have a snoop around and get a feel for the site, it took me a little while to get used to it lol

Hi and Welcome! Im new here too. Theres a place where people post recipes that are south beach diet friendly that I find really useful. Congrats to you and your hubby for the weight you have lost so far! Keep going!

I'm glad to hear you are doing so well. I'm really happy on SBD even after a year! My DH doesn't need to lose weight, but he's sure gotten healthier! I like that we are able to eat the same thing.
