I don't like fat grams, and I believe combining calorie counting with fat gram counting is the key to my success right now, so your fat gram guide is 2 to 3 times the amount I normally eat. I also don't strive for that much protein, not only because I am a vegetarian and don't get it from meat sources, but also because I am not convinced the body needs that much. I eat a large amount of carbs. Of course everyone is different, and don't weight even close to the same amount, but here is my guide:
150-300g carbs
50-75g protein
20-28g fat
