I did Curves, good program to get you started on all around exercise and strength training.
The diet plan is a good one, although the phase 3 calorie amount was too high for me. I used 1800-2000 instead of 2000-2500. I also stayed on phase 1 for 2 weeks, not just 1 week.
Alot depends on your activity level, mine was sedentary, very little exercise to start with.
Then I injured my knee (at home) and had to drop out for awhile. I'm still recovering, not back to Curves yet.
I'm still dieting (my own custom plan) and doing water therapy and aquacise (exercise in pool) and riding stationary bike at home.
Lost 12lbs in 5 weeks.
