Default Creating a goal!

Finally, a dead line for my goal!

going to the Mayan Riviera in January next year!

48 lbs to lose in 7 months( im giving my self to get to 150) Is that too high of an expectation? So far i've been losing about 6 lbs a month.. so its do able, but now i've got a range to work towards!!!

So i want to be within 10 lbs of my goal at least so..i

Just gotta breathe.. lol get my buns in gear!

Anyone else have recent goals they set or something they are working towards like that?

Goals are great! I hope you make it.

Could I ask what your plan has been? 6lbs a month is FANTASTIC I'm dying to know what you're doing to achieve that!

You can do it!

I also have a goal and its to get into the 160's by the end of Oct for my friend's wedding. So I have about 4months to lose 20ish lbs: To do that I'll have to lose 5lbs a month. I WAS losing 8-10 a month, but it looks like this month I will have barely met my 5lbs goal! :O I can tell its starting to get harder to lose the weight, but I won't give up!

Yes my next goal is to be in Onderland by October 2nd when my hubby and I go to Hawaii and then 150 by December 22nd my 33rd birthday. Both are ambitious goals, but like you I find it really helps me to stay on track when I have things like that breathing down my neck. Congrats!!

Congrats on creating a goal. Sounds like it will be fun!

Wild, so far its just been exercise and i was on at 1400 cal diet, but i knocked it down to about 1200-1300.. I find when i eat properly i'm not hungry so i make a point to always hit those numbers and that seems to be good for me...
exercise: elliptical, walking, biking then lifting weights sometimes what i like doing is going on the bike for 20 then on the elliptical for 20 or so. Then the next day doing one and lifting weights

Thanks Ladies! i really hope i can get somewhere around there and if i dont, **** i'm getting there!!!

Steph: those are very ambitious goals! but i mean even if a person doesnt make the goal they are so much closer to it than before!

Coco: thats awesome you will get there!!!

Jennie: you've been BUSTIN your buns girl! you wil get there if you keep it up!

Kendra: one lb at a time is better than none!
