Hey guys, I bought a big jar (very big) of artichoke hearts, for that yummy spinach chicken casserole on here that tastes like hot spinach artichoke dip.
But, the artichoke dip and that casserole are the only recipes I've ever used with artichokes,
I think, besides the yummy spiniach and artichoke dip (and various other fattening dips), the only other time I have ever had artichoke was on pizza...
So Im not much help there.
However, I did look up artichokes on recipezaar and found an interesting salad (tho personally I would use less almonds) here is the link: golden chickpea and artichoke salad
