Hi Guys,
I came across this forum today while I was browsing for some info!
I have nearly reached my goal weight and wanted to share my experience of dieting, exercise etc with others on their journey!
I know the ups and downs and falling off the bandwagon with dieting lol I know how challenging sticking to the routine can be!!
I am 117lbs right now and finally feel comfortable at this weight so if i can reach my goal of 112 that is a bonus!
