First of all - Dragon woman Thanks for the tip on the swim suit - that's what I call help. To Terapet, I hate to say this but all it takes is a little piece of plaque to break off to send someone into unconsciousness and I find it ridiculuous that you are blaming it on Medifast. Maybe your friend would have passed sooner if he hadn't lost some weight on Medifast so please quite blaming yourself! Watch Dr. G sometime and it will make you stand up and pay attention to the fact that anyone of us can go at anytime! I would love to lose 90 lbs in 3 months! Though I know with all my surrounding daily temptations, I'd be heavy again in five days. lol Congrats on the loss this week.
