I have officially lost my firts 10%!!!! I am sooo excited. It has come off really slow, but it IS coming off.

Yay!!!!!! That's one of my first goals too...13 lbs was my other and I just changed my ticker today. I'm 1 away from the 13 and 14 away from my first 10%. Congrats you should be proud of yourself!

Wow, that really is a great motivator. I am aiming for my first 10% too...almost halfway there.
I can't wait until I get there and then my next 10% will be less and then the next less even more, so on, so on!
