Hi, I'm a newbie. I have over 150 lbs to lose, so I guess I belong here
I joined a gym and hired a trainer today and will start exercising tomorrow. I have been overweight most of my life. Right now I weigh 309.6 and my first goal is to weigh 260 by the end of the year. My eventual goal is somewhere around 150 but to be honest I'd be happy with anything under 180 at this point. My heaviest weight was 350+. Its nice to find a supportive community here.
