Talking Pumpkin Pie Smoothie :)

Here is a really good one...

Ingredients

-32 grams Protein Powder (vanilla flavour, ideally)
-3 tbsp Canned pumpkin pie mix
-1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
-1/8 tsp Ground nutmeg
-1 tsp Honey
-1/4 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
-1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
-2 tsp Flaxseed oil
-1 1/4 cup Water

Instructions
place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Approx. Calories = 300
27.2% Protein
43.9% Carbohydrates
28.9% Fat

Wow, that sounds fantastic. I want it.

I don't have flaxseed oil, I have ground flaxseed. Think that would work?

Totally! Both are great for you. The texture of the ground seeds goes really well

Just made this, with a little of a variation = into a shake!, so obviously there will be differences in the nutritional values, but tastes equally as yummy and almost as good for you

Instead of the yogurt, I used a 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla ice cream and instead of the flaxseed oil, I used 2 tsp. of ground flaxseed, and instead of the water, I used non-fat milk. The rest of the ingredients and measurements remained the same. This really is a nice satisfying liquid dessert Thanks so much for the base recipe!
