This is my first monthly challenge.

My goals for June are:
1. Drink 2 L of water per day.
2. Achieve BMI in overweight category. (179.6 lbs.)
3. Lose 8 lbs. (SW: 184.8 GW: 176.8)
4. Start C25K program. Something I have been trying to be brave enough to do for months now.
