Hello everyone. I'd like to join you this time.

My goals for June are:

1. Practice yoga at least once per day, every day.
2. Log my calories every day and stay below 1600 calories on any given day.
3. Lose 6 lbs (CW: 176.4 & GW: 170.4)

"Overweight" BMI: 163
Lowest adult weight ever: 159
"Normal" BMI: 136
