Thumbs up First week Great loss
Hi everyone. I started , or restarted after several years low carbing. I started last Monday and have dropped 9 lbs. It's great. I didn't have the carb headach and it's been very motivating so far. I guess I am following closer to South Beach than anything else since I also have to lower cholesterol.
I have been checking out the boards every day for motivation and everyone is great.
Hope all have a wonderful and successful week.
