I know last year when I was here this board kept the motivation high by posting a bunch of different challenges.
Well, I didn't see a 4th of July challenge. As of this comming Sunday there are only 7 more weeks till the 4th of July (this year seems to be zooming by) and I was wondering if anyone wants to take part in a 4th of July challenge with me? If so, please remember to keep your goals healthy!

Edit: yay! I love a good challenge. Anyone not sure about how challenges work, just post your current weight, goal weight, or just the weight goal you have in mind and weigh in weekly!

Count me in! I weigh in every day, so I'll just have to remember to post my Sunday weight in this thread. My goal would just be "under 200". I actually had hoped to hit that by my birthday (the 28th of June) but if the next 10 pounds come off as slow as the last 10, that won't happen.
As long as I weigh less then than I do now, its a success

I'm in! My goal date is actually going to be June 30 to meet my pledge for the Pound for Pound challenge, and then however much more I can get, if possible!
Can anyone join in? I'm new and this will be my first so count me in, I would like to relieve myself of 15 pounds and love 15.3 to bring me under 25 by the 4th.
Yay! I'm going home to Florida to visit family mid-July and I am wanting to lose as much as possible (though still healthy) by then.

That's 2 per week plus the extra .6 thrown in. I get out of work for the summer after June 8 and will be concentrating mostly on weight loss for a little while, so it is totally doable for me.
