Default Walk At Home dvd's

Hi..I am a great fan of the Walking at Home DVD's...especially as I have a goofy leg that suddenly just decides it isn't there and dumps me on the ground without warning. At least at home I can grab a chair back..or if I do go down, there's only the cat to see.
The walks are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 miles and there are some that kickbox as well...some that use bands, some that use a belt with resistance bands on it..good music, a cheery instructor and best of all, you can stop any time you like. I started with half a mile, now I am walking the Express 3 miles..it's great!

I love Leslie Sansone! I use her 5 mile fat burning walk everyday M-F. I do 2 miles a day. I alternate mile 1 & 2 then 2 & 3 then 3 & 4 then 4 & 5
that way i get different workouts. I love the dvd and can tell a huge difference.

I used to use her 1, 2, and 3 miles and now I recently bought the 5 mile fat burning walk. I am excited to use it soon!

I use Leslie Sansone dvds as well, especially now that my knees are hitting my belly on my recumbent bike, thanks to the occupant

I really love her stuff, though I find I can injure myself on the faster walks if i am not careful, because there is more flinging my limbs and less controlled movement at those speeds. So right now I am doing her 1/2/3 mile weighted walks and taking it easy on non-strength training days
