Today, I walked really fast on the treadmill for 10 minutes and then lightly jogged for 20 minutes. My goal is to lightly jog for 30 minutes. That will probably be one of the proudest moments of my life because I have NEVER jogged that long. For me, 20 minutes is a miracle.
Got DH to drop me at the Y this morning. I only burned 400 calories. But geez, what a walk back. Thank god I had my umbrella with me.
You know, I've decided that at my age (reasonably young), it's far better to just let yourself fall than to catch yourself from slipping. I'm not likely to break anything at my age, but I've pulled something in my back from jerking myself upright.
I can't wait until the weather gets warm outside. Me and my husband got new bicycles and I CAN'T WAIT TO GO RIDING!!!!! Does anyone know how many calories riding a bike burns....about 30 minutes of riding??

Chris, everytime I see "Walked the plant" I think it says, "Walked the planet". heh heh.
I haven't exercised since tuesday. Tonight DH and I went to the Y. I was beat. I figured I'd be able to burn 200 calories tops, but I did my full 500!! I'm so proud of myself!!
Sometimes walked the plant feels like walking the planet ;-)

Heavy duty house cleaning for 2 hour 40 min-you gals should have saw mw scrub the bathrooms I was in the zone ;-)

10 min of Yoga stretching
Saturday
25 min Pilates
30 min upper body toning with light weights
I walked yesterday for about 13 minutes. It was so chilly I was out in gloves, hat and scarf...but I went out there! I would have gone longer but the sun was setting. My heart was pounding and I was sweating when I got home!
