I never use pressure cooker in fears of the safe problem,maybe I am a coward.But I have found pressure cooker appears in more and more recipes.
So I decided to get one to my kichen.
Questions are:which brand is more safe?which one is more easy-to-use?
Any ideas?
I would go on Amazon and search for pressure cookers, even if you don't buy one there. The high rated ones will usually give you some idea of what works well for people, and you can steer clear of the low rated ones.
