High on Life
I have been OP more or less for 10 straight days.....my energy level is through the roof!!! I came home from work and cleaned the kitchen, did 3 loads of laundry, cooked dinner, and bowflexed before I even plopped my (__l__) in front of the TV and puter. YEEHAW

On monday, the dog woke me up a 4:50am to start our morning walk and even though we argued about it for awhile, he won. The whole day I was BOUNCING off the walls! Then, yesterday and today I didn't get to walk and I'm feeling tired because of it. It's amazing what some healthy changes can do to you!

Way to go..
It's weird some days are so easy and others you can't imagine staying op. Seems like a lot of us are in a good groove. It feels so good. It feels so healthy.
