Default Aerobics anyone?

hey!! i was just wondering if i could get any good and effective aerobic workout videos... im still at a beginner stage but i want to break a sweat... i can handle jillian micheals 30 day shred ( to some extent) but i love dancing and moving so i thought that would be an exercise method i would really enjoy!!!

Look into Zumba, for sure! It's SO much fun, and it's basically a combination of latin, hip hop, and bellydancing. Fun, AND a good workout? Yeah. I think I'll take that! LOL
