It's so great to have you back. It's always scary to lose weight and then find you've gained it all back plus some. I've done that several times myself. This time I've had to tell myself I MUST complete the journey, no going back, because if I don't I already know what will happen and I do not want to be even heavier than where I started.

So this is it! Is there something you do besides stress eat? Take a walk? Take a bath?

Honestly, the thing that impresses me the most is that you are here NOW. When I go off plan, I go off for years at least. Coming back so quickly shows that you ARE determined to do this. You just had a little set back.
